These classes are great for beginners looking to feel more comfortable in the water to more advanced swimmers looking for stroke correction.  Classes feature small group instruction. 

Beginner swimmers are classified as those who are not comfortable putting their face in the water, swimming in deep water or those with a fear of the water.

Advanced swimmers are classified as those who are comfortable in deeper water and looking for stroke improvement.

Adapted Swim Lessons

These classes are great for children with special needs who need 1:1 or 1:2 instruction.  Our focus is on water safety, getting comfortable in the pool, and basic swimming skills.

We are now offering individual lessons at the LHS Pool for children ages 4 years and older.  Our highly qualified instructors will work on improving the participant's comfort in the water, swimming ability and more!  Each lesson is 30 minutes long, with a variety of times available.
